5. Do Yistar offer free samples, and what's the MOQ?
Answer: Yes, we offer free samples and no MOQ for standard products. However, we have MOQ requirements for customized products. MOQ varies depending on the product.
6. What is Yistar's warranty policy?
Answer: We offer a 3 or 5-year warranty for different products, depend on the driver brand you choose, Typically,5 years on Meanwelll & Sosen driver, During the warranty period, if customers provide proof of a product quality issue and it is confirmed by our engineers, we will replace the faulty items. For small quantities, customers do not need to return the defective samples. For larger quantities, customers need to ship back the faulty parts. Repair or replacement products is our max responsibility; we do not assume any other responsibility.
7. Do Yistar provide OEM/ODM services?
Answer: Yes, we have gained a lot of experience in OEM and ODM of Solar street light and outdoor lights. We have an experienced R&D team of over 10 members. We strictly follow the principle that we won't disclose or sell customers' unique designs or jointly developed products to any third party.
